About this project

Ravenstone Capital Management required a modern, high-performing office space that aligned with their identity as a financial management firm. Our team completed a full commercial office buildout, managing the fit-up process from base-building coordination to final finishes and staff move-in readiness.

The scope included open-concept workstations, private offices, a boardroom with acoustic design, kitchenette millwork and plumbing, an exposed ceiling with full mechanical and electrical tie-ins, and strategically placed accent lighting to enhance the firm’s professional aesthetic.

The goal was to create a space that is functional for day-to-day investment operations while also serving as a client-facing environment that reflects professionalism, precision, and growth.
