Royal Windsor Medical Clinic Mississauga

The Royal Windsor Medical Office project was a full interior medical office fit-up completed by On-Site Solutions, acting as the commercial general contractor from start to finish. The scope included demolition, framing, HVAC upgrades, electrical rough-in, plumbing for multiple sinks and washrooms, millwork installation, and all finishes required for medical compliance.

This was a typical commercial interior fit-up, but executed with precision — ensuring building code compliance, healthcare-specific mechanical requirements, and efficient project coordination with the landlord’s base-building team. Our role involved managing permits, sub-trade coordination, scheduling, and quality control to deliver a turnkey medical space ready for occupancy.
